Scratches Rims and Wring Tires

Would have been Zero Stars, but had to give one. Horrible service. Took 4 hours to replace my 4 tires. Scratched all 4 rims in the process and two tires dont even match the other two, i paid for 4 SAME tires, yet two have a different tread, wth??
