Beware of Bed Bugs

in short the place had dead bed bugs, we checked showed them to clerk. She only seemed annoyed for having to get off of her cellphone then denied the hotel having them. Asked to see recent inspection papers, which should be available to guests.the manager simply told her to give us another room. We never saw the papers, but she assured me the new room had been treated I knew she was a liar. Next night we wanted to do laundry, the manager who was on sight told my sister, just come get some change, 5 minutes later he tells me no his guests were sleeping so the laundry was closed. I only gave them one star b/c I could not give them a zero.
