I tried to call to talk about my account and see what I could do as far as payment arrangements went. And the guy said very rudely that I needed to make a payment before we can talk of arrangement. Now tell me, if you dont know what my account is how is it you can say that.

BAD customer service! This man I talked to screamed a me and would not even listen to me, when I was trying to explain to him that I need sometime to pay for this bill, the sreamed one more time, said a few inappropriate words that I can't recall at this time and ended with "well, I'll see you in court". Very intimidating, inappropriate, unprofessional agent that believes that harassment and intimidation can make things work. Need to take communication classes!

INTERNAL CREDIT SYSTEMS INC ASTOUNDING RUDENESS

Attempted to hold discussion with a man who answered 800# a few minutes ago. His first stement to me before I could mention a file #, "What is it you want?" As I began explaining, he repeated that 3 more times with voice rising and more antagonism and sarcasm each time. When I said I felt he was being rude, he hung up on me. I called back ... same attitude, voice inflected with meanness and disrespect. I did not raise my voice to this man as I tried explaining my situation to him. He simply became ruder and hung up on me as I was telling him to enjoy a nice Easter weekend.
