I applied for evaluation but they did not complete in time as they promised. When they did, evaluation was incorrect. They wrote deficiencies that I don't had in my curriculum and were clearly listed. When I reported, they did not correct, did not responded yet. Extremely poor services and customer services, They are looters, thief jus take your money and you cant raise complaint and no one to listen that make them godfather. It must be closed ASAP and action must be taken against ICD by authorities and state

poor customer service. Once you apply online, you can't see any progress on your file and you have to call them for any progress/updates( customer service personnel has limited access). They do not reply to any emails you send them at all.

These guys are so slow, any request they would fulfill only thru postal mail, not thru email or phone call. People out here are not at all cooperative I paid $400 for an evaluation but they are not at all responsive. Never ever ever deal with these guys for evaluation or anything else.

This consultants does not response to my phone..I was trying since 3 consecutive days between their hours 12:30 to 3:30(EST)...Still nobody is picking up..Such a bad service i had never experienced in my life..I would not prefer to go with this consultant....
