Dear Mike:

The California Driving School cannot tell you how absolutely delighted we are with the web pages that your firm designed for me. It far exceeded my expectations... and at what I regard as a very resonable price! We have been in business for 44 years, and of late I have averaged one or more solicitations for a website in the past few months. All of these I ignored because for me it is a "blind item." Although I have been in computers over 25 years, the "web" is a relatively unknown for a novice like myself. It is really a "blind item" of which I have a smattering but limited knowledge.

When you solicited me I don't know why I took the time to listen to your message when I didn't listen to the others; but perhaps in reflecting back I was a little curious and wanted to be educated. Although I go on the web frequently through both Earthlink and AOL, and use both Explorer and Navigator with a certain degree of dexterity, I still had a difficult time grasping the whole picture of the internet, and incidentally I do subscribe to several computer magazines. Of course, one of the reasons that I signed a contract with you is that the price was not that high, and that you indicated to me you would be designing a web page for a one time cost, and this would be mine forever, along with a website name. Your prices are well within reason, compared to others that I received literature from. So, with that in mind, I signed!

I had no idea you would be going to the extent you did designing the web page that you did; and at this point I want to compliment your employee, Ms. Hillary Gillespie, who I understand is the mastermind behind our particular website. As you know I sent her a rough outline, some pictures, and a 44 page newspaper on our company, which I subsequently found out she perused quite thoroughly. From this newspaper she took what she thought important, or impressive, and set up several link pages for our website. She scanned in pictures, gave me some animation, and did a beautiful job. A couple of times I had some minor corrections which she cheerfully did for me. She is a "gem" and as a good businessman my recommendation to you is; "Don't let her get away! Also, Steve was very helpful, as well as patient in explaining the "domain name," as well as other intricacies on www. Needless to say I am thoroughly happy with your service, and now that we are on the web, anxiously awaiting the results!
