Business Details
Inka Grill was founded on the home-style cooking of Ana Maria Montoya Kishihara. Born in a small fishing village in a northern province of Peru, she came to California in the early 1980’s with two small children and a dream to make it in America.
Working her way up in the food and hotel industry, she honed her ideas and developed what has become her vision of Peruvian cuisine we hope you are about to enjoy. Many of our recipes were handed down to Ana by her grandmother, Juanita and her mother Fortunata. Ana and her daughter now run Inka Grill jointly. These are traditional dishes from the north and mountain regions of Peru. Our kitchen is an extension of our home and our guests are an extension of our family.
With a menu full of award winning dishes and a large selection of Peruvian beverages to choose from, we guarantee you will experience and Revolution of Flavor!

I decided to take my girlfriend on a date this weekend, and we both love authentic food from other countries, so we chose to try the Inka Grill out for a change. This was the first time for both of us to eat here, and the Inka Grill did not disappoint! The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the staff was very helpful!
When I first sat down, I was nervous because I did not understand what most of the food included, but with good descriptions on the menu and an EXTREMELY helpful waitress (Lindsay?), I was able to have a perfect meal!
I really recommend the Ceviche (out of this world!), Empanadas, and Beef Saltados. To be honest, I would recommend all the food, but unfortunately my stomach could only hold so much!
But without a doubt, the BEST part of this place is the AMAZING green sauce they give you to dip your bread in a smother on your rice!
The best way to go about eating here is family style. Order as much different type of food and share amongst a group. Everything tastes great!
Overall, this place was very fresh, authentic, and absolutely DELICIOUS!
I recommend it to any and all people! I will definitely be going back soon!
